1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges


  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.


  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange


  • Log in to your Zakya account using your email address to access our Self-Serve Returns portal.


  • Submit your request with your order number and reason:
    • For returns: You’ll receive instructions and a shipping address to send the item back.

    • For exchanges: Specify the new item (e.g., size, color) you’d like, subject to availability.



  • Ship your return using a trackable method (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS)—we’re not responsible for packages lost in transit.


3. Return Shipping Costs


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs upon approval.


4. Refunds


  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.


  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. (Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)


5. Exchanges


  • We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or item (subject to availability). To request an exchange:
    1. Initiate the request via the Self-Serve Returns portal or email zakyahair@gmail.com with your order number and details of the new item.

    1. Return the original item following the provided instructions.

    1. Once received and inspected, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional shipping cost.


  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Items


  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery via zakyahair@gmail.com with photos of the issue if your item is damaged or defective.


  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost once verified.
