Photograph for matching, not for looks
Take the photo outdoors in open shade, with no flash and no filter. Hold a strand of your own hair next to the screen showing our product photo. Indoor bulbs push hair warm; phone cameras then correct it back, and the two errors do not cancel out.
Root, mid and end are three colours
Match to the mid-lengths, not the root. Roots are usually darker and the eye reads the mid-lengths as “your colour”. If your ends are sun-lifted, expect a new piece to look slightly deeper than your ends until it has been worn a while.
Our colour policy
Screens, lighting and hair batches can cause slight colour variation. A clear mismatch with the confirmed colour is handled as a quality issue.
If the colour is wrong
Free returns within 30 days of delivery for in-stock and pre-order items. Contact customer service to start a return — we provide the return label and cover the postage.
